This is the title of one of the challenges on Flying Unicorn - we had to use Christmas papers for a totally non-Christmas LO.
Buttons and twine from stash, Maya Road flowers and a Fancy Pants clear alpha (coloured with a red marker) finished the LO.
And here's a sneak preview of the boy's b'day card:
Graphic 45 "A Proper Gentleman" papers again.
I will be delivering this by hand on Wednesday, the day of his b'day. We're taking him out to dinner and then staying overnight in Bristol as his graduation ceremony is at 10:30 Thursday morning.

Oh I thought you'd come over to the dark side and started to do Christmas stuff LOL! Loving the layout and the birthday card!
Hope you're having a good day
GREAT layout, Sue - really striking - even if you did use Christmas papers ;D
Happy Birthday to your baby boy (!), enjoy your time with him and at his graduation ceremony. Proud Mum, eh?!
Wow! Absolutely love your "Legends" layout, and it doesn't feel Christmassy at all, although to be fair with weather like this it might as well be :)
Your birthday card is fab too!
Hugs, Carole xxx
Very nice Susie!!!
I was peeking through my fingers expecting a load of Christmas stuff! Phew! :D Love your take on the challenge - very clever, they don't look like Christmassy papers at all here.
